The internal quality assurer role is sought in a huge number of organisations across a wide range of sectors. The role involves monitoring the activities of assessors within an organisation to ensure that all assessments are conducted fairly.

There are three different types of IQA qualifications. If you’re interested in becoming a qualified internal quality assurer, you’ll need to ensure you have achieved the relevant qualifications for the role you wish to pursue. In this article, we explain which IQA qualification is right for you by explaining who each qualification is aimed at, what they allow you to do and how you can earn them.

What IQA qualification do I need?

Level 4 Award in Understanding Internal Quality Assurance (RQF)
