The Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) develops the knowledge required to carry out internal quality assurance.

This qualification is composed of the following units:

Unit 1:  Understanding the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment (T/601/5320)

Unit 2:  Internally assure the quality of assessment (A/601/5321)

There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

The qualification is suitable for learners of 19 years of age and above.
