Our Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring online training course offers the flexibility to learn at your pace. This advanced course is designed for those already familiar with the foundational concepts and are ready to dive deeper into the world of coaching and mentoring. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you’ll be fully supported with quality course content and guidance from a dedicated tutor.
This qualification is the next step after the TQUK Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring. It provides a deeper understanding of coaching theories and mentoring techniques. You’ll study modules that cover the psychology of coaching, advanced communication techniques and strategic mentoring practices.
The duration for the Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring course is approximately 180 hours, of which 70 hours are guided learning.
Additionally, if you’re interested in expanding your skills further, we also offer the Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring and other advanced coaching qualifications.
