Team coaching

They’ll facilitate discussions and activities designed to improve communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills between team members.

Virtual coaching

With more and more teams working remotely, virtual coaching has become an increasingly popular option. Virtual coaching involves working with a coach remotely, typically via video conferencing or phone calls. This type of coaching can be used for any of the above coaching types — executive coaching, performance coaching or team coaching. 

The benefits of virtual coaching include increased flexibility and convenience, as well as the ability to work with a coach from anywhere in the world.
