Do you need qualified first-aiders in your workplace? The three-day programme with CTC Training will give you and your staff a full range of skills and practical competencies.
We’ll provide all the materials you need, with the option to have one classroom day as an online course.
Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work Corporate Training Course
Whether for personal growth or to meet business requirements, you and your staff will gain valuable skills from our expert tutors and instructors. This qualification is valid for three years, though as a first aid training provider, we recommend learners refresh their knowledge annually.
Level 3 First Aid at Work – Course Overview
This is a more in-depth course but can be taken regardless of whether your staff are new to the company or wish to gain additional qualifications to develop their skills. Through the Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work course, you and your staff will gain understanding and skills in the following areas:
- Roles and responsibilities of the first aider
- Assessing an incident
- Recognising signs and symptoms of injury and illness
- Assisting a casualty who is suffering from minor injury
- Chest injuries
- Spinal injuries
- Anaphylaxis
- Bone, joint and muscle injury
- Major illness – including heart attack and stroke

There are no specific entry requirements, but learners should have a minimum of Level 2 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent. The qualification is suitable for learners aged 14 years and above.
