The course is well put together and easy to follow; support I'd readily available when needed and the feedback is clear. Great communication with assessor and the admin team.

Completed a Level 3 Award in understanding the Principles & Practices of Assessment which I found to be a very informative & worthwhile course & also contained a good mix of assessment methods, techniques & practices which I can use going forward.

It took me a while to complete the course due to personal juggling of work and family life, not having the luxury of being a full time student is hard. My tutor was really patient with me as my work was sporadically uploaded. My tutor offered valuable support and guidance and remained in contact, replying and marking my work promptly. I can highly recommend the course and support given.

Good content, easy to follow training videos & good feedback from assessors. My only gripe is that the best anyone can achieve is just a pass. There isn’t a grading on the certificate such as a merit or distinction. Therefore anyone limping over the finish will have the same qualification as someone whose work was exemplary.

This was my first time using an online platform for a qualification and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of training material and support provided by my tutor. I was able to successfully achieve my IQA L4 Qualification due to excellent training, resources and in depth feedback provided during each Unit.I would highly recommend. Many thanks CTC.

Errors within the training contents, a few links did not work properly and the tutor was often unavailable. The feedback on assignments was also quite limited with no suggestions for improvement. Positive feedback I can give is Giles from their admin team has been extremely helpful.

CTC training worked very well for me as i have a family and a very busy schedule. The training was really accessible and easy to follow. I feel that i have been given the right tools to go and apply to a teaching role. My tutor was very helpful and the feedback obtained from her really made a difference. The course content was very well put together. All the modules apart from 1 was split up into manageable sections. As a learner it was sometimes frustrating not to be able to access certain modules as they were locked due to the previous modules being graded. But thats just me....something for the learner to factor in i suppose. Thanks for your help ⭐

I really enjoyed the course. My trainer, Craig, was very helpful and supportive and although most the communication was via email he was always quick to respond and give the advice or clarity that I needed.

Great experience as a first time student within the educational field

This is my first time completing an online course. The assignments weren't too difficult and the resources to help were amazing. Would 100% recommend CTC training for online courses.

Whilst I was skeptical initially about a fully online format for training and having a preference for in person training. The C.T.C. training programme was robust, well-structured and the quality of the tutors was exceptional. As a practitioner and business psychologist that’s specialised in learning and development for over 10 years, I was curious about how much more I could learn. I was pleasantly surprised about the depth of knowledge and practical application and refined my skills that have enhanced my practice and effectiveness. This will translate to a significant impact for the organisations and learners I work with. Specifically I would like to thank my tutor Kelly Morgan who was patient, thorough and specific with the feedback ensuring that the highest standards were maintained. I have no hesitation in recommending C.T.C. and Kelly as training providers. My experience of training with CTC was really positive. All the online resources were relevant, accessible and gave me everything I needed to complete the course successfully. Provided training was brilliant - reading material and the explanatory videos covered all the topics and it was possible to answer all the questions even with the first submission of the assignment. Even if you had to resubmit Angela was giving on point explanations what is missing so it was a great learning experience for me. Now I understand as well the legal side of things.

I was able to complete these course in my own time. I did not feel pressured. The teachers were great and supportive. Highly recommend CTC training.

I started my training with CTC at the beginning of the year and was initially impressed by the prompt communication and support from my tutor. However, after a few months, the communication abruptly stopped. The most disappointing part was the customer service experience. When I reached out to request an extension due to my breast cancer diagnosis, I received a response that merely included a payment link, with no acknowledgement of my situation. Even after following up, there was no further response. This lack of empathy and engagement was truly disappointing and has overshadowed my entire experience.

Brilliant course and guidance from tutors throughout, highly recommend! More than enough time given to so that you can comfortably complete in your own time alongside full time work.

After deliberating about doing this course for some time I took the plunge. I should have done this sooner! I was guided step by step through each stage. I took my time doing this course due to work and family pressures, but that’s the great thing about this course. I can do it at my own speed. Great value for money and helpful feedback from my personal tutor.

I have had mixed experiences with other on-line courses but I have to say this was great. It allows you to proceed at your own pace and fit it around other commitments. The support material and workshop videos were very helpful. The support from my tutor, Angela, was great. She graded assignments promptly and her feedback was encouraging and helpful. If you are considering this qualification I would definitely recommend CTC.

CTC Training allowed me the opportunity to gain a qualification and broaden my skill set and knowledge base in my own time and with excellent support when needed. The quality of resources was excellent and tutors were available whenever support was required.

i've done a few online courses, usual shorter, but this course was well supported throughout, the recommended training manual was of value, but of even more value where the online workshops for each module and the ability to access a recorded version at a later date.
