We all need help as we make our way through life. That could be advice on what career we might be suited to, support if we get into debt, counselling if we are struggling with our mental health and much more.

When we reach out for the help we need, we want to know not only that the advice we are being given will be helpful and accurate but also that it will be communicated so that we feel respected and can make use of the information effectively.

IAG qualifications – IAG stands for ‘Information, Advice and Guidance’ – help to provide those developing a career in this field with exactly these kinds of skills. If that’s you, there are two great courses you might want to sign up for with CTC Training.

These are:

Level 3 Certificate in Advice and Guidance

Level 4 Diploma in Advice and Guidance

Let’s explore these courses in turn to discover what they involve and what you can do with them once completed.
