UNIT 4 – Staff Recruitment and Selection: the impact of legislation on the recruitment and selection process; how to recruit personnel to meet an identified gap in staff resources; and how to conduct a selection process.
UNIT 5 – Marketing Management: the contribution of marketing to the achievement of organisational objectives; how to make marketing mix proposals that exploit marketing opportunities; and how to develop a marketing strategy.
UNIT 6 – Understand How to Manage Work Activities to Improve Business Performance: the importance of business processes in delivering outcomes based on business goals and objectives; how work plans are developed; how to monitor work plans and systems to improve organisational performance; and health and safety requirements when managing business activities.
