CTC Training are excited to announce a new project with the Devon & Cornwall Police Force.
We will be providing the Level 3 Award in Education & Training for 15 police officers to help them deliver training on systems and processes within the force.
The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS) is the ideal foundation for becoming an educator and trainer in the workplace. The qualification is composed of three units, covering everything from equal opportunities to delivering assessments.
We plan to help the officers through the introduction of teaching good practices and allow them to each gain a regulated/nationally-recognised qualification that will aid them throughout their career.
Thanks to the flexibility of all CTC Training courses, the officers can complete the qualification around their current commitments. They will each receive access to a 24/7 online portal where they can view the course content and upload assessments on a schedule suitable for them. They will also each receive unlimited tutor support via phone or email to help them get the most from their learning.

We are excited to be involved in a project with another of our emergency services after similar successes with various ambulance services and hospital trusts around the UK.
