Who are British Cycling?
British Cycling, formerly the British Cycling Federation, is the main national governing body for the sport of cycling in Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. It has a total membership of 165,000 and selects the Great British Cycling team for races in Britain and abroad.
Though the pandemic has caused many cycling events to be cancelled over the past year, British Cycling are starting to reintroduce cycling events and activities in accordance with Government guidelines.
Learners from British Cycling have enrolled on the Level 3 Award in Education and Training course. This qualification will enable them to train coaches and develop fresh talent as they move into the next chapter of British cycling.
