Yes, just increase the number of courses in your basket and once a payment has been made, the website will allow you to add the learners to the courses you have purchased.
Don’t panic — We will automatically retry your payments. We also send you an email with a link to log in and make a payment if you prefer.
Go back to the cart page and change to monthly payment – don’t forget to update the cart before moving to checkout.

Please check your online system – the submission status should show ‘submitted for grading’. If the status on the assignment page shows as ‘draft – not submitted’, your work hasn’t entered the grading list. Please click the submit button to confirm your submission.
We provide telephone support during our opening hours (09:00-17:00, Monday – Friday). We also provide email support and you can book a tutorial with a tutor through our automated diary system.
Yes, we have an automated diary/booking system for tutors and we encourage you to book an induction with your tutor ASAP.
Yes – all our courses come with tutor support included – you can access your tutor’s diary from your online course pages.
Textbooks can be purchased to support your online course materials – if a textbook is available for your course, it will appear as an addon option at the checkout stage.
We work closely with our awarding organisation to provide the best possible qualifications. Our awarding organisation is Training Qualifications UK and their registration can be viewed on the OFQUAL website.
Some courses require a work placement – this can be paid or voluntary placement. You can check the course requirements using our handy suitability checkers on the course pages at https://ctccourses.org or discuss this with your assessor at induction.
Yes, all of our courses are eligible for a Totum card. To apply, you just need proof that you are a student, such as an invoice copy.
Yes, all our courses are regulated and you will receive a regulated certificate on completion. This is provided in electronic format by email.
All courses have a 12-month expiry and must be completed within this time.
We can grant extensions but there may be additional charges for this service – please give us a call to discuss.
Certificates are provided in electronic format by E-mail.
As an approved centre for the delivery of regulated qualifications, we set our assessment strategy which is agreed with the awarding organisaiton. You must follow the requirements outlined in our assessment materials and we will be unable to assess work that doesn’t follow the guidance published in your online course when submitting your work.
All regulated qualifications are subject to internal and external quality assurance checks. It takes around 7-14 days to complete this process and send your certificate.

All work you submit should be original and not contain any content taken directly from published materials, either in textbooks or the internet. Any work containing plagiarised content will be returned to you.
Assessments written by AI are not original content and in many cases don’t fully answer the question set. Therefore, we do not allow you to use AI for the development of your written answers.
For many of your responses, we will assess holistically. This means that an answer in one section may be strengthened by content in another part of the assignment.
